Remote Mental Health Counselor - Licensed Therapists Needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed therapists to join Progressive Technology as Remote Mental Health Counselors. In this role, you will provide telehealth counseling services to individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns. As a therapist, you will work from home, offering flexibility while making a profound impact on clients lives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via video or phone calls to provide mental health support for clients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to express their feelings and concerns.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • A current, valid license to practice as a therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in providing therapy, counseling, or mental health services.
  • Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a remote setting.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing ethical, quality care.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.
