[Remote] NetSuite Services Consultant - Advanced Projects (SRP)

They are seeking a NetSuite Consultant who will lead client engagements, gathering requirements, configuring systems, and providing training while ensuring successful ERP implementations.


Responsibilities

  • Participating in business processes mapping including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation
  • Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations
  • Documenting all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration and interface documents and publish reports as necessary
  • Providing key decision support, monitoring issue and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients
  • Managing a full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from a technical, functional and/or organizational change management standpoint
  • SRP Module Is mandatory in NetSuite implementation
  • Leading organizational changes and business process improvements with clients
  • Specification development and Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
  • Identifying and minimizing project risk, communicating effectively with team members and clients and Serve as a leader to junior consultants
  • Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values

Skills

  • Experience with NetSuite's Services Resource and planning module
  • A working knowledge of revenue and project accounting standards such as ASC606 and how they impact NetSuite
  • Extensive knowledge with Milestone Billing
  • Extensive knowledge with Charge Based Billing
  • Knowledge of time entry tied to project Records
  • Extensive knowledge with Job Costing, Work Breakdown structure, project budgeting, project profit and loss reporting
  • Experience with Project Progress based Revenue Recognition and Sales order with Projects
  • Deep understanding of project-centric accounting, including WBS, fixed fee & T&M billing, revenue recognition, and project profitability tracking
  • Familiarity with SuiteProjects integrations such as Time & Expense tracking, Resource Planning, and Project Reporting
  • Experience with customizing project templates, workflows, and saved searches/dashboards for project visibility and reporting
  • Ability to configure and optimize project billing rules and milestone-based billing schedules
  • Functional knowledge of related NetSuite modules such as Time & Expense, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), or OpenAir
  • Experience working with PSA tools and professional services organizations
  • Nice to have: working knowledge of Deltek
