In this role, you will architect and implement innovative solutions while driving strategic customer success and partnering with stakeholders to lead high-impact initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex, multi-solution engagements to deliver exceptional value to our customers
  • Manage resources and timelines to oversee the successful delivery of continued success packages
  • Define a comprehensive services roadmap that aligns with our strategic company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable outcome visions with key enterprise customers
  • Develop solution maps by identifying system dependencies and integration points across the platform
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships
  • Orchestrate services roles and workstreams across both pre-sales and post-sales motions effectively
  • Surface relevant data insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize overall performance

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, SaaS Customer Success, or Professional Services
  • 4+ years of industry-specific experience in construction or business transformation consulting for construction-related clients
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills used for refining external and internal business strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives to maximize customer value
  • Basic proficiency in API usage for troubleshooting and understanding system interactions
  • Strong data analysis skills to uncover actionable insights and optimize business performance
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 40% of the time
