[Remote] Project Management Analyst, Patient-Centered Research

The Project Management Analyst will support consultative research projects, focusing on operational tasks and project management activities to improve patient outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage project timelines to ensure smooth production and revision cycles for all project deliverables, and to clearly document project status to clients and other stakeholders
  • Review and support project resource allocation within project
  • Coordinate and support onboarding of new Key Project Team Members and system access
  • Establish and manage study enrollment dashboards (including consenting, interview scheduling, data processing and storage) and determine appropriate follow up actions
  • Establish and coordinate project file storage and development repositories in compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)s. Oversee filing of project materials accordingly
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities (internal/external meetings, document production/reviews, interviews with patients/KOLs) and ensure timely updates of all key milestones and partner with Engagement Lead on related calls where these activities are discussed
  • Manage all aspects of the Project Finances including invoicing, managing vendor budgets, labor forecasting, and project accrual. Work with Sales Operations teams to draft Change Orders when applicable
  • Ensure Engagement Lead and department management has timely and accurate data on areas including cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders and quality to support better decision-making. Monitor project metrics and make required updates in IQVIA systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting is available to senior management
  • Develop and maintain relevant sections of Project Management Plans
  • Prepare correspondence, including meeting minutes, for project team and/or client
  • Organize and partner with Engagement Lead in managing internal project team and customer meetings
  • Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal project team and client meetings
  • Manage project specific eTraining, Adverse Event training, and support compliance

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or other related field required
  • 3 or more years of experience in research project management or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience managing budgets and contracts is required
  • Experience managing vendors is required
  • Experience communicating directly with Sponsors is required
  • Knowledge of scientific research methodology
  • Results oriented approach to work delivery and output. Ability to solve problems independently and creatively
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Effective communication - strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
  • Organization: Planning, time management and prioritization skills
  • Prioritization: Ability to handle conflicting priorities
  • Quality: High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • IT skills: Proficient software and computer skills, including MS Office applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Collaboration: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. Ability to work across geographies displaying high awareness and understanding of cultural differences
  • Experience managing patient centered research projects is preferable
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skill level preferred
