Responsibilities
- Accountable for Sales performance/results of an organizational regional unit
- Defines organization, roles and responsibilities, and budget for the Sales organizational region unit
- May lead through subordinate managers
- Focuses on sales results, strategy alignment, implementation, and policy development
- Decisions are guided by divisional and/or group unit; priorities contribute to the development of the Sales department strategy
- Impacts the Sales performance and future direction/strategy of the department and sub-department
- Exercises control over sizeable resources, supporting and funding projects, products, services, or technologies
- Negotiate and influence others internally and externally, including senior leadership within the company and customers
