[Remote] Senior Client Solution Architect (Remote)

This role involves owning solution architecture, collaborating with various stakeholders, and mentoring team members to deliver cohesive solutions that meet client goals. Responsibilities • Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes rather than focusing solely on products • Assume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities • Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering • Ensure alignment across practices by driving cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways • Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning • Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs) • Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle • Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling • Contribute to the development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources • Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts • Other duties as assigned Skills • 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting • Demonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions • Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes • Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas • Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles • Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred Benefits • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) • Incentive compensation plans for all employees • Company-funded 401k contributions • Zero-arenaflex employer-covered health insurance • Annual BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) reimbursement up to $500 • Paid Parental Leave • Transparent, candid culture with 1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and a consistent feedback loop Company Overview • Cybersecurity - Cloud - AI - Data Center Modernization It was founded in 2003, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
