[Remote] Senior SEO Manager (Local SEO + Technical SEO + Mobile SEO)

The role involves executing technical and local SEO strategies while collaborating with team members to enhance performance across multiple city pages. Responsibilities • Execute SEO within a Nuxt.js front end + Laravel backend environment • Improve mobile loading, SSR performance, caching, and Core Web Vitals • Fix indexing issues, structured data, canonicalization, and robots directives • Work with developers to improve Lighthouse scores and mobile performance • Build and execute SEO strategy for 100+ city landing pages • Optimize each page for local intent + service intent • Collaborate with Abdul & Ayesha for GBP → local page alignment • Improve NAP consistency, citations, and local authority • Create a complete keyword map across all services and all cities • Provide SEO outlines for local pages, blog content, and FAQs • Optimize metadata, H1/H2 hierarchy, schema markup, and internal linking • Own GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs dashboards • Deliver weekly performance reports directly to leadership • Track mobile vs desktop performance city-by-city • Monitor competitors nationwide and city-by-city • Improve UX and conversion flow on mobile landing pages • Test call-to-action placements, layout structure, and mobile funnels • Deliver measurable increases in organic lead and booking conversion rate Skills • 5+ years hands-on SEO experience (you execute work yourself) • Strong technical SEO experience with modern frameworks: Nuxt.js (Vue), Laravel, JavaScript SEO, SSR & rendering issues, Core Web Vitals, Schema, robots, sitemap • Local SEO experience for multi-location brands (50–200+ city pages) • Mobile-first SEO expertise with proven results • Expert knowledge of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, BrightLocal) • Strong English communication skills Benefits • Full-time remote role • Competitive salary based on region & experience • Direct access to CEO and Marketing leadership • High-autonomy role with extremely clear expectations Company Overview • Founded in 2014 by our CEO, Joe Jaramillo, WindshieldHUB is a leading provider of high-quality windshield repair and replacement services.
