In this strategic role, you will drive the development and scaling of a global Solutions Engineering team. Your leadership will guide technical customer journeys, ensuring exceptional service from initial demos to post-sales success. Responsibilities • Build, lead, and scale a global team of high-impact Solutions Engineers. • Define clear career paths and performance metrics for team members. • Inspire a culture of self-learning and knowledge sharing. • Establish onboarding and certification programs to enhance team effectiveness. • Own technical discovery, solution design, and onboarding for enterprise clients. • Translate customer requirements into actionable project requirements. • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute go-to-market strategies. • Support strategic sales initiatives and complex solution designs. • Create best-in-class demo frameworks and technical assets. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering. • Proven track record in building and leading high-growth Solution Engineering teams. • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or IT. • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and technical solutions. • Experience with Linux, APIs, and programming languages, preferably Python. • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to varied audiences. • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
