[Remote] Sr Analyst, Procurement (Remote)

The Sr Analyst, Procurement role involves managing supplier relationships, driving performance metrics, and developing negotiation strategies to ensure successful procurement operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance
  • Drive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements
  • Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc
  • Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements to drive flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projects
  • Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ
  • Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques
  • Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)
  • Place Purchase Orders of low to medium dollar levels and procurement complexity
  • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems
  • Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct business

Skills

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Experience Analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determine proposal compliance
  • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
  • Experience placing Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity
  • Experience in contributing to the successful completion of a project which enhanced performance within an area of responsibility
  • SAP based environment experience
  • Ability to successfully execute a competitive procurement including development of evaluation criteria
