[Remote] Sr Federal Business Manager - Department of War (Remote)

The Federal Business Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing sales strategies within the Department of War markets to increase sales and market share, while collaborating with a team of sales professionals and clinical educators.


Responsibilities

  • You will develop a strategic and tactical sales plan for Dexcom products across all Accounts in territory
  • You will lead the execution of this sales plan across Accounts
  • You will lead pursuit of Account sales opportunities
  • You will manage key decision makers in the DoW Marketplace and promote Dexcom products to related health care providers
  • You will develop and deliver customized presentations to internal and external audiences to increase awareness of and support for our sales initiatives and collaborations
  • You will facilitate and provide timely marketplace feedback to Dexcom management regarding customer business trends, industry issues and business opportunities

Skills

  • Prior sales experience in diabetes market, with expertise in the Federal healthcare system
  • History of sales success, with experience in the Federal Healthcare arena
  • Existing relationships within DoW
  • Knowledge of the issues, trends and needs of DoW customers
  • Comprehensive understanding of all Federal distribution channels
  • Successful experience with new product and expanded indication launches
  • Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
