[Remote] Sr. Site Optimization Specialist II

The Sr. Site Optimization Specialist II will develop and implement a comprehensive Paid Search strategy to enhance visibility and performance across various platforms, driving key actions to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous campaign improvements through rigorous KPI analysis and optimization techniques to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within paid search
  • Create, launch, test, and optimize Paid Search, P-Max and Shopping campaigns on Google, Bing, to maximize reach and ROI
  • Manage and optimize App. Installs campaigns in Google (UAC) and Apple (ASA)
  • Adherence to executional excellence is a must; ensure all campaigns follow platform and Shutterfly’s SEM team guidelines while maintaining high standards for quality and performance
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various paid search channels based on campaign KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Integrated Marketing, Partners, Creative, and SEO to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies
  • Design and implement tests based on best practices, analyze data, and deliver actionable results
  • Provide strategic recommendations and discussions for brands, considering industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Lead daily campaign operations, working closely with other team members to ensure daily checks, pacing, and priority projects are executed
  • Monitor and analyze core metrics, offering insights and actionable recommendations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Focus on customer obsession, ensuring campaigns are designed to meet customer needs and drive engagement

Skills

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-time, professional experience with Paid Search, Shopping, or other PPC campaigns on Google and Bing
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Adobe Analytics, and PBI
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360
  • Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization
  • Ability to manage large budgets effectively and demonstrate positive results
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience making data-driven decisions to achieve team goals
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Expertise in YouTube, Display, and App. Install
  • Google Ads certification and Proficiency in Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, PBI, Search Console)
  • Experience with Multi-Touch Attribution and advanced modeling
