Remote Web E-Chat Representative


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Web E Chat Representative to join our support team. As a Web E Chat Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interacting with our website through live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our website, products, or services.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via live chat, phone, and email to resolve their issues and concerns.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and customer feedback.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other support teams, including phone and email support, to ensure seamless customer service.


Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.

Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or e-commerce environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using live chat software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with website design and development, e-commerce platforms, or related technical areas.

Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.


Preferred Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education: Diploma or degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or marketing.

Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin).
