Remote Weekend Sales Representative for Postpartum Fitness Brand

We are a fast-growing online coaching company helping postpartum moms heal diastasis recti, rebuild their core, and regain confidence in their bodies.

We are looking for a part-time Weekend Sales Representative to join our team and support qualified, warm leads who are already familiar with our content and method.

This is not cold calling. These are conversations with moms who have already raised their hand for help.

Schedule

Friday to Monday availability

Includes some holidays

Flexible hours within those days, but must be reliable and consistent

Responsibilities

Conduct sales calls with warm leads (Zoom or Google meet)

Follow a structured sales framework provided by the company

Update CRM and client notes accurately

Communicate closely with the founder and team

Compensation

Base pay + commission structure

Performance-based growth opportunities

Clear pathway to increased responsibility and income over time

Requirements

Physically located in Canada or the USA

Comfortable leading meaningful conversations about health, goals, and personal challenges

Foundational knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and diastasis recti (training provided)

Sales experience is an asset

Professional, quiet workspace with reliable internet

Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

This is a high-ticket coaching offer. You must be comfortable confidently discussing pricing, investment, and financial commitment on sales calls.
