DHA Overview The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is a joint, integrated Combat Support Agency that enables the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force and a ready medical force to Combatant Commands during peacetime and wartime. Established to enhance the delivery of integrated, affordable, and high-quality health services, the DHA supports Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries and drives the integration of clinical and business processes across the MHS. The agency plays a pivotal role in ensuring military personnel and their families receive comprehensive healthcare, thus maintaining operational readiness and overall force health protection. Position Overview Pantheon Data is seeking a Requirements Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in capturing, documenting, and managing project requirements across enterprise health IT and data modernization initiatives. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with DHA's strategic objectives. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across diverse technical and program teams to ensure mission success. Responsibilities • Collaborate with DHA stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements using DHA-approved tools and methodologies. • Maintain and update a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure requirements align with project scope, goals, and objectives. • Partner with project managers, engineers, testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding and proper implementation of requirements. • Conduct routine reviews of requirement documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, providing corrective recommendations. • Track and manage requirement changes, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and communication across all stakeholders. • Support the development and maintenance of requirement specifications, design documents, and test plans to validate compliance with DHA standards. • Participate in project and governance meetings, providing subject matter expertise and recommendations related to requirements management. • Foster collaboration among technical and non-technical teams to resolve requirement-related issues and ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). • 5+ years of professional, hand-son experience as an analyst supporting data-driven products and/or solutions. • Proven experience as a Requirements Management Analyst or similar role. • Experience using Jira or like project management software, arenaflex 365 suite. • Familiarity with requirements management tools and software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, with shifting priorities. • Positive attitude, self-motivated, organized and a good problem solver. • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams. • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. • Proficient in arenaflex Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills and Experience • Familiarity with the DoD, Military Health System (MHS) and the DHA is highly desired. • Knowledge of advanced technologies and innovative solutions. • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies. • Experience with AI/ML a plus. Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Work Location:Remote - Falls Church, VA • The Government reserves the right to change where this work will be performed, and light travel may be requested occasionally based on government requirements. Compensation The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
