Salary: $52,000 – $57,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

Drive Profit & Performance

  • Own the restaurant’s P&L and make decisions that drive profitability.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow sales.
  • Lead by example to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Lead & Inspire People

  • Recruit, train, and develop an amazing team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy culture where team members thrive.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to boost performance and engagement.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • Ensure guests receive friendly, fast, and accurate service every time.

Manage Operations Like A Pro

  • Optimize staffing and scheduling for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Burger King policies, health regulations, and labor laws.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
  • 2–4 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of P&L management and guest service principles.
  • Open Availability- To be able to work evenings/nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for long hours, climb stools/ladders, and perform routine bending, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures (coolers, freezers, and kitchen areas).
