Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Retail Store Associates for a high-energy, fast-paced retail store in Gulf Shores, AL. If you enjoy staying active and don’t want to sit behind a desk all day, this is the job for you!

What to Expect

This is a very fast-paced retail environment that requires constant movement. Associates can walk upwards of 20,000 steps per shift, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet and staying busy throughout the day.


🛒 Key Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and replenish merchandise
  • Zone and organize assigned areas of the store
  • Unload freight and rotate product as needed
  • Assist customers with locating merchandise
  • Clean and maintain sales floor, restrooms, and common areas
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding daily task assignments

💪 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Walk up to 20,000 steps daily
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Climb and bend as needed throughout the shift

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Weekend availability required

🕒 Shifts Available

  • 7am – 4pm (off days: Tuesday/Wednesday)
  • 2pm – 11pm (off days: Tuesday/Wednesday)
