Primary responsibilities include selling Cutco products used in the home, primarily kitchen items along with select gardening tools, answering customer questions, and placing orders. No previous sales or work experience is required. Representatives enjoy the ability to create a schedule that works best for them.
Position Details:
- Excellent Pay – Our commission structure is performance-based, offering the opportunity to earn more based on results. Representatives also have a fallback pay option to ensure income even during slower weeks. Pay is distributed weekly.
- Comprehensive Training – For over 40 years, we have trained individuals to succeed in sales. Even for those who do not stay long term, the communication, networking, and sales skills developed are valuable in any industry. Since most representatives begin without experience, they appreciate starting with people they know and building referrals from trusted connections.
- Flexible Scheduling – We work with our representatives to design schedules that fit their needs. Some choose to work extensive hours, others prefer part-time schedules, and many balance this opportunity with full-time jobs, internships, classes, sports, or family commitments.

In 1985, Cutco Corporation (back then it was called Alcas Corporation) bought the company from its owners to replicate Vector's success across the nation.
