Sales Manager and Business Development-IT/ERP

Hi All, Navabrind IT Solutions is urgently hiring a Business Development and Sales Manager -IT/ERP. The ideal candidate should have experience selling to the US and Europe, generating a sales pipeline of minimum 3 million per year, managing a sales team, and liaising between internal and client teams to drive to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Odoo ERP and related solutions (OdooPIM). Identify and prospect mid-size to enterprise-level clients across multiple industries. Lead the entire sales cycle — from opportunity identification and requirement gathering to proposal presentation and deal closure. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of predefined revenue. Develop partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, functional heads, and procurement teams). Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Lead, motivate, and collaborate with lead gen prospectors and commission-based partners in India, US, and Europe to ensure they are delivering to targets. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to drive informed sales strategies. Mentor and guide junior members of the sales & business development team. Responsible for generating a sales pipeline and closure of 3 million a year.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10–12 years of proven experience in B2B software or ERP solution sales. Strong understanding of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent). Experience selling to the manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and retail industries. International IT sales or ERP sales experience Experience closing deals of 20,000 USD and above. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in enterprise buying cycles, building a pipeline, and consultative sales processes. Proficiency in using CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other B2B prospecting tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities. Strategic thinker with a passion for sales and business development. Strong leadership presence and the ability to represent the company at events or client meetings. Result-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.
