Sales Teammate PT, (20 hours)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Teammate to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. As a Sales Teammate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our brand to our valued customers. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and has a strong love for our products. If you are a team player with a competitive spirit and a customer-centric mindset, we want to hear from you! Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of Under Armor products. Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs and preferences. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards. Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and customer interactions. Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions. Keep updated on industry and market trends to provide valuable insights and feedback.
