We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of fluency in English. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a particular focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, ensuring that our clients maximize the value of their marketing automation investments What You Will Do: • Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on Marketing Cloud Personalization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop personalized customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and dynamic content using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools. • Optimize and enhance existing Marketing Cloud implementations to improve performance and functionality. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues. • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals and ensure that the Marketing Cloud solutions meet their needs. • Document development processes, technical configurations, and customizations. Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: • Fluency in English is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. • Proven experience of 5+ years as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio). • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the context of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder. • Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and targeting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Experience working with clients or stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus. • Experience working with Data Cloud is a plus. • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
