Apply<br><br>Job Type<br><br>Part-time<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Position Objectives:<br><br></strong>To promote the humane care and treatment of animals and to provide support to the mobile clinics division scheduler<br><br><strong>Term Of Employment<br><br></strong>Scheduled for 20 Hours per week<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities And Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li> Log online appointment requests into scheduling spreadsheets</li><li> Log daily calls into the scheduling spreadsheet</li><li> Schedule appointments according to clinic scheduling guidelines</li><li> Refer calls related to post-surgical patient care to the veterinary staff on a timely basis</li><li> Promote the humane care and treatment of animals</li><li> Advise guardians of proper vaccination schedules and care of animals</li><li> Complete reminders for upcoming clinic appointments</li><li> Enter follow-up responses into Clinic HQ</li><li> Coordinate with other departments on the transportation of animals to and from spay and neuter appointments</li><li> Return the calls of guardians in a timely manner</li><li> Perform scheduling duties in the absence of the primary scheduler</li><li> Perform income checks and adjust pricing based on those checks</li><li> Perform any duties assigned by the primary scheduler<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> High school diploma</li><li> Ability to stay on task and work remotely</li><li> Demonstrated animal-handling skills</li><li> Proven exceptional customer service skills</li><li> Proven ability to handle confidential information</li><li> Demonstrated ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional manner</li><li> Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li> Willingness and ability to maintain a flexible work schedule</li><li> Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid U.S. driver’s license, a minimum of three years driving experience, and a satisfactory driving record</li><li> Commitment to the objectives of the organization<br><br></li></ul><strong>Application Deadline<br><br></strong>Applications for this position will be accepted until March 26, 2026.<br><br>We may fill this job opening before the deadline if we find a qualified candidate.
