Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley (MILV), the largest independent private practice Radiology group in Pennsylvania, with over 125 radiologists, is seeking a breast imaging fellowship trained BC/BE radiologist to join and lead its team of breast imaging specialists, as section chief. Based at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), a part of Jefferson Health, four main BHS sites perform over 100,000 exams per year. 

Multiple sites have the ACR center of excellence designation and NAPBC accreditation. The position includes opportunities to work full or part time at multiple outpatient Breast Health Centers throughout the Jefferson - Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN).   All imaging modalities are utilized, including 3D mammography with a Hologic platform, upright and prone stereotactic biopsies, ultrasound, and MRI guided breast procedure, ABUS. We use SAVI reflector placement to replace traditional needle localizations. Our patients benefit from an alliance between the Lehigh Valley Cancer Institute and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. We also have a new Residency program starting in July, 2026 including 5 new residents. 

 Our breast imagers play a vital role in breast cancer treatment by participating in a multidisciplinary team consisting of surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology and pathology service lines. Additional opportunities to read other radiology modalities and specialties are also available, if desired. Partnership track is available for the suitable candidate. Section chief duties include quality assurance, ACR and MQSA accreditation, manage section workflows, function as subject matter expert to improve women’s imaging, cancer care, interface with hospital committees and IT/informatics as needed.
