Senior Ad Tech Account Executive<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Description -</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Ad Tech Sales Representative to join our nascent media network. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in digital advertising sales, particularly across display and video formats, including Connected TV (CTV) and Online Video (OLV). The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by building strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies, crafting tailored solutions, and selling the full spectrum of digital ad formats.</p><p></p><p>This position will support the Los Angeles, CA area.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.</p></li><li><p>Identify and pursue new business across display, video (CTV/OLV), and other digital ad formats.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level decision-makers.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored ad solutions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Stay informed on industry trends and educate clients on the media network’s offerings.</p></li><li><p>Partner with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies.</p></li><li><p>Mentor junior sales team members on consultative selling.</p></li><li><p>Monitor sales performance metrics, providing data-driven insights for optimization.</p></li><li><p>Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.</p></li><li><p>Balance multiple complex projects simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or business development.</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience selling various ad formats, including display, video (CTV/OLV), programmatic solutions, and emerging technologies.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to build strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to strategically prospect, develop new business, and grow key accounts.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in consultative sales approaches for large-scale accounts.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including buy-side and sell-side technologies.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in ad tech concepts (programmatic, RTB, ad fraud prevention) and key performance metrics (CTR, viewability, engagement, attribution).</p></li><li><p>Experience using CRM and sales intelligence platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to track activity, pipeline, and revenue performance. </p></li><li><p>Extensive professional network contacts across media holding companies, agencies, brands direct, and C-level decision makers.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Skills:</p><ul><li><p>Expertise in video advertising strategies (e.g., AI-powered performance video).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with privacy-first advertising solutions and regulatory compliance frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills to influence client strategy.</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial drive, collaborative spirit, and adaptability to evolving business needs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Join our team to shape the future of digital advertising on an innovative media network!</p><p></p><p><span>The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is<span> </span></span> <b>$177,800</b><span><span> </span>to<span> </span></span><b>$273,800</b><span><span> </span></span> <span>USD annually with a<span> </span></span><b>60%/40%</b><span><span> </span>(salary/incentive) mix.
