Maven is looking for a Senior Associate, Consumer Content & Community who will report to our VP of Product and Consumer Growth. As a B2B2C company, we are seeking a creative and analytical content creator who will appeal to the end-user: the person who could benefit from compassionate, committed care in reproductive and women’s health - across fertility, pregnancy, menopause, hormone and metabolic health and more.


We’re looking for a high-agency, scrappy, AI-native marketer who lives and breathes consumer culture. Someone who instinctively knows what plays on Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, understands how creators think, and is excited to build a short-form content engine. They will bring passion to experimenting relentlessly, producing a high volume of short-form video daily, and shaping the repeatable playbook that will fuel our next stage of growth.


This is for someone who loves shipping fast, learning publicly, and bending new AI tools to their will. You'll be driving the early phase of our creator + content ecosystem, and we will give you the creative freedom needed to move quickly.


As a Senior Associate, Consumer Content & Community at Maven, you will:



  • Own the creating and publishing short-form videos every day across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Produce the content yourself, including  filming, editing, captioning, and remixing. Leveraging AI tools across editing, ideation, voice/clip gen, scriptwriting, auto-captioning, analysis) to accelerate production. Collaborate with micro-creators and influencers to scale output.

  • Develop and refine the playbook for what resonates in market: formats, hooks, scripts, editing styles, and distribution tactics.

  • Build and manage relationships with creators, ambassadors, and micro-influencers.

  • Analyze performance daily and adjust in real time.

  • Create lightweight reporting to identify leading indicators of potential virality.

  • Partner with Brand, Growth, and Product while maintaining independence for speed.

  • Funnel consumer insights back into brand and product teams.


We’re looking for you to bring:



  • AI-native and TikTok-native

  • High-agency, scrappy, fast-moving

  • Comfortable being a one-person studio

  • Strong storyteller and cultural observer

  • Healthcare and/or Health & Wellness experience is a bonus


The base salary range for this role is $89,000 - $115,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.


This role requires active work authorization in the US.


Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, and remotely via San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C., we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend quarterly Work Together Days within these cities. This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
