Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to join our team for a full-time role supporting US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in US time zones. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support.
  • Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Support testing teams with requirement clarification and validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience working with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar.
  • Experience in requirement documentation and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently in US shift hours.
