Description & Requirements Maximus is hiring for the Senior Clinical Program Manager for the MA EOHHS Program which provides essential clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered assessments across Massachusetts. This role oversees a team of registered nurses conducting in-person evaluations, ensuring all assessments meet organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based clinical guidelines. The Senior Clinical Program Manager is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, coaching and developing nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance workflow efficiency and patient outcomes. The position monitors key quality and safety metrics, implements corrective actions when needed, supports hiring and onboarding of nursing staff, and serves as the primary clinical escalation point for complex cases. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists the leadership with the day-to-day running of the core functional areas to ensure compliance with the prime contract, all subsequent amendments, program business rules, as well as state and federal regulations. - Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies - Participates with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans - Assists the leadership in efforts to facilitate a functional, motivated, and cohesive project team - Directly supervises and manages key Project staff as determined by the leadership - Works with Project and executive management to develop, monitor and revise performance goals and objectives for the project and staff.
