You’ll transform beverage equipment into a strategic network of insights, unlocking new levels of operational efficiency, predictive capabilities, and market visibility. This role is ideal for data-driven leaders with expertise in leveraging data as a strategic asset to catalyze AI-driven solutions and reduce operating expenses. What You’ll Do for Us Breakdown of Responsibilities: • 40% Data Strategy Leadership: Build and implement a comprehensive data architecture and analytics strategy to capture and leverage real-time data insights. • 30% AI & Analytics Deployment: Develop AI-driven predictive models and data solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and market dynamics. • 20% Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior stakeholders (OUs and Bottlers) to align data-driven insights with arenaflex’s strategic goals. • 10% Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay at the forefront of data engineering and analytics innovation, ensuring arenaflex leverages top industry trends. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of arenaflex’s data strategy, capturing real-time insights from over 17MM+ equipment devices globally. • Enable advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce operating expenses. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data pipelines and architectures for superior data quality and accessibility. • Foster innovation by incorporating leading technology trends in data science, IoT insights, and predictive analytics. People Leadership Responsibilities This role provides leadership to a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists, totaling 6 direct reports. Additionally, it offers dotted-line leadership to a Data Product Owner, enabling seamless collaboration across engineering and analytics teams. Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in data science, computer engineering, or related fields, with 12+ years of experience leading large-scale data and analytics strategies. Deep expertise in AI technologies, data architecture, and IoT systems is essential. Additional qualifications include: • Proven experience in building and scaling real-time data strategies at enterprise levels. • Technical expertise in AI-driven analytics, IoT data capture systems, and cloud-based data storage solutions. • Strong leadership skills for fostering cross-functional collaboration and team alignment. • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to champion data-driven decision-making. • Experience with innovation in analytics and staying ahead of industry trends.
