Job Summary The Senior Director II, Customer Strategic Insights is responsible for leading a high-performing team to define and steward industry, customer/consumer, and competitive insights that accelerate revenue and volume growth and enable success for the future. This role will actively touch current and future customer relationships for arenaflex, grounded in consumer insights, by providing thought leadership, strategic storytelling, and unlocking new opportunities through insights innovations, best practices, and partnerships.
