This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets. Job Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement products and solutions for our derivatives exchange platform using a microservices framework. • Work in tandem with the product management team to enhance existing models and develop new products and algorithms. • Engage in code reviews, testing, and release activities. • Build a system that supports rapid deployment with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery. • Identify and resolve challenges within back-end infrastructure and platforms. • Analyze and address issues across different technology stacks. • Collaborate closely with the security team to create and maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure and back-end services. • Help manage documentation for all code and functional implementations. • Partner with the DevOps team to consistently improve and upgrade the technology stack. Job Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in trading or financial services, with a strong understanding of internal trading desks and operations. • Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market. • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and products is a significant advantage. • Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends. • Understanding of retail and institutional trading behaviors, including arenaflex, derivatives, and options. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Experience with trading platforms and tools is a plus. • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
