Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales of Samsung Home Entertainment and IT products (SSD and Monitor) for the regional accounts / NATM. Reporting to the Director of Home Entertainment Sales, this role will be pivotal in managing and growing our market share through effective account management, sales execution, and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of regional go-to- market strategy, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Role and Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive top-line growth and market share for Samsung Home Entertainment and IT products Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Samsung products at account base, from launch and acceleration to promotion and replacement. Promotional Alignment: Ensure seamless alignment of promotional strategies with internal Samsung teams and retail partners Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Finance) and external partners. Customer Engagement: Present strategic plans, initiatives, and recommendations to Merchanting teams to secure approvals and drive mutual success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead initiatives with Sales, Product Planning, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Marketing teams to align account strategies and maximize impact. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure ROI, provide actionable insights, and report on program performance to key stakeholders. Performance Tracking: Monitor and forecast key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, to ensure alignment with business objectives. Event Leadership: Oversee high-velocity events from planning to execution, including executive reviews, in-day performance tracking, and post-event analysis. Vendor Negotiations: Lead annual vendor negotiations with Costco to secure favorable terms and drive long-term growth. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred and 7-10 years relatable experience in sales, within a related industry Up to 50% travel required, including up to twice per quarter to HQ in New Jersey on average and account-based travel 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, and management with direct customer management expertise. Proven experience selling to or working with regionals retailers Demonstrated ability to interact effectively at both executive and operational levels within customer organizations and within Samsung Electronics America (SEA). Strong strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented approach to achieving near- and long-term success. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, leveraging business analytics to achieve desired outcomes. Advanced presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling presentation materials.
