Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure

<p><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong></p><p>Daisy Brand is seeking a Senior Manager of Infrastructure to lead and evolve our enterprise IT infrastructure function. This role is responsible for the strategy, reliability, security, and scalability of Daisy’s infrastructure environment, supporting both corporate operations and manufacturing facilities.</p><p><br></p><p>This leader will balance long-term infrastructure strategy with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring systems are resilient, secure, and aligned with business growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable making architectural decisions, leading through complexity, and developing a high-performing team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u> </strong></p><p>Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership</p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, building strong technical capability, accountability, and succession.</li><li>Own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligning technology decisions with business priorities, risk tolerance, and future growth.</li><li>Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing support of network, server, and cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Champion IT Service Management best practices, including incident, problem, and change management</li><li>Participate in major implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.</li></ul><p>Collaboration & Support</p><ul><li>Partner with IT and business leadership to translate operational needs into scalable, secure infrastructure solutions</li><li>Act as the escalation point for complex incidents, outages, and root‑cause analysis.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability, security, monitoring, and service delivery.</li></ul><p>Vendor & Financial Management</p><ul><li>Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing to ensure cost‑effective operations.</li><li>Evaluate and select vendors; negotiate SLAs, contracts, and performance expectations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.</li><li>5+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams in a complex enterprise environment.</li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft hybrid environment: AD, Entra, Azure, Intune, Exchange, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with best-of-breed hardware, applications and administrative tools (e.g., Rubrik, Palo Alto, Cisco, SolarWinds, HPE) strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience defining and executing infrastructure strategy, not just supporting it.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop both junior and senior technical staff.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical audiences.</li><li>Experience supporting manufacturing, distributed operations, or 24/7 environments strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong business acumen with responsibility for budgets and vendor negotiations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Company Overview</u></strong></p><p>For five generations spanning over a century, Daisy Brand has been a family-owned company committed to providing the freshest, most wholesome dairy products.
