Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Marketing & Planning 

  • Serve as the trusted marketing advisor for India’s Government & Enterprise Sales teams - guiding strategy, planning, and execution across the region. 

  • Deeply understand market dynamics, sales goals, channel priorities, and the financial and pipeline targets for Government and Enterprise accounts. 

  • Develop and execute segmentspecific marketing plans, including messaging and localized campaigns to target audience/s. 

  • Conduct competitive analysis specific to the cybersecurity needs of Government agencies, PSUs, Defence, and large regulated enterprises, strengthening Forcepoint’s market position. 

Government & Enterprise Market Focus 

  • Tailor Corporate messaging to address Indiaspecific priority themes:  

  • Data protection, internal threat management, cyber resiliency 

  • Public sector digital transformation 

  • Defence & critical infrastructure security 

  • Compliance-driven initiatives 

  • Build programs that align with Government buying cycles, tender/RFP timelines, and strategic Enterprise account initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with sales on ABM (AccountBased Marketing) programs for highpriority Government Ministries, PSUs, BFSI majors, and large enterprises. 

Campaigns, Events & Partner Marketing 

  • Lead Forcepoint’s presence at Government summits, defence expos, cybersecurity conferences, BFSI forums, and industry associations. 

  • Manage executive roundtables, CXO engagements, workshops, and partner-hosted initiatives targeted to Government & Enterprise audiences. 

  • Work with distributors and resellers to build and execute high-impact co-marketing programs, ensuring measurable contribution to regional pipeline. 

  • Own and manage the India North/East direct marketing and MDF budgets

Digital, Lead Management & Reporting 

  • Manage digital campaigns and thought leadership content tailored for Government and Enterprise stakeholders. 

  • Be highly active on regional social media to amplify campaigns, events, PR, and executive visibility. 

  • Monitor and manage leads for volume, quality, segment alignment, and conversion to pipeline. 

  • Track and report performance of all marketing activities, ensuring data-driven decisions and clear ROI visibility. 

Application Criteria 

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong B2B technology marketing experience and demonstrated success in India’s Enterprise and/or Government markets. 

  • University degree or major in Marketing. 

  • 8–10 years of B2B technology marketing experience; cybersecurity experience is a plus. 

  • Deep understanding of what works in India’s Government and Enterprise markets, including buyer behavior, regulatory environment, and procurement patterns. 

  • Experience working with global organizations and crossfunctional virtual teams. 

  • Strong track record in delivering marketingdriven business outcomes and enabling sales. 

  • Hands-on experience managing agencies, event vendors, and multiple stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools, CRM, and automation platforms. 

  • High execution discipline, superior time management, and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent written and spoken English. 

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
