• Develop and execute creative testing frameworks to continuously find winning ads

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate

• Collaborate with our team to develop high-converting ad creative and hooks

• Monitor ad performance daily and implement optimization strategies

• Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining performance targets

• Set up and manage pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution

• Provide clear reporting and insights on campaign performance

Requirements

• 3+ years managing Meta ads for e-commerce brands

• Demonstrated experience scaling campaigns to $50k+ monthly ad spend

• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion funnels

• Experience testing UGC, static ads, video ads, and hooks

• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign structure

• Ability to interpret data and make fast optimization decisions

• Experience working with Shopify stores

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Comfortable working with performance targets (CPA/ROAS)

Bonus Experience (Preferred)

• Experience marketing intimacy, wellness, supplement, or lifestyle brands

• Experience creating UGC ad concepts and scripts

• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO

• Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms

What Success Looks Like

The right candidate will:

• Consistently launch and test new creative concepts
