The team

You’ll work with a globally distributed, cross-functional team including Customer Success, Engineering, Data Science, Design and Product. We’re a motivated group aligned to push the boundaries of mobile ad-tech and build products that matter to customers. We would like you to be part of our journey as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)!

The role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will report directly to our CPO/Co-Founder. This is a high-visibility role: you will define product vision and roadmap for features that you own, lead end-to-end delivery, and ensure advanced capabilities are surfaced as intuitive workflows that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  • Hungry for success. Doesn’t look for excuses. Have a mindset of “Getting things done”
  • Prior Product Management experience (3+ years)  in mobile programmatic space
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities 

  • Define product vision & roadmap. Own the roadmap for your product area, prioritize initiatives that deliver clear value and align with company strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with engineering, design, data and customer success to translate customer needs into technically feasible, well-scoped features and to accelerate execution quality and pace.
  • Data, metrics & experimentation. Define success metrics (adoption, engagement, business impact), run experiments and use analytics to validate hypothesis and guide iteration.
  • Hands-on problem solving. Dive into technical and business problems as needed; own tradeoffs and make disciplined prioritization decisions
