US HR Operations / US HR Generalist Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation Experience in US staffing industry is required Ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and data within HRIS systems Administer and support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits administration Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and workplace inquiries Support internal HR audits, policy updates, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
