The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong mechanical experience.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems.</li><li>Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for various environments.</li><li>Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration and boiling systems.</li><li>Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed, ensuring safe transport of tools and equipment.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of residential service experience in HVAC.</li><li>EPA Type II Certification.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including plumbing, refrigeration, and boiling.</li><li>Familiarity with installation techniques for air conditioning and heating units.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Managerial mindset willing to develop a service department from the ground up.</li><li>Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>This is a direct placement opportunity offering a chance to grow and develop a service department from the ground up.
