What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop automated testing strategies for the ServiceNow upgrade regression suite
- Develop, configure, and maintain ATF scripts for core modules and custom applications
- Perform regression testing during new releases to ensure existing functionalities remain intact
- Validate functionality before and after upgrades using ATF to capture baselines
- Identify, document, and report defects found during automated testing, collaborating with developers for resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform as an ATF Engineer or Specialist
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow environments
- Strong understanding of automated testing methodologies, UI testing, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Automated Test Framework (CIS-ATF) highly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration testing
- Current experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
