We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Orchestrator with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving automation initiatives, managing complex workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow Orchestrator, its features, and its applications in optimizing business operations


Key Responsibilities, Requirements& Qualifications


  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator.
  • Integrate Orchestrator with third-party systems to ensure cohesive interoperability and data flow.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Orchestrator and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, integration, and monitoring techniques.
  • Proficiency in using drag-and-drop workflow builders and pre-built activity packs.
  • Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues using embedded analytics and real-time insights.
  • Leverage pre-built activity packs for efficient implementation of repeatable processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Provide training and documentation to teams for effective tool adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements through automated processes.
  • Ability to analyse complex processes and diagnose inefficiencies.
