Shareholder Development - Intern - Cyber Security

<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Cyber Security Intern</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Juneau, AK or option for remote</p> <p><strong>Job Summary: </strong><br>The Sealaska Summer Cyber Security internship will prepare individuals to have a strong baseline understanding of both defensive and offensive cyber security operations. This program will introduce you to Vulnerability Management, Security Operations Center operations, threat hunting, and penetration testing.<br>Please note, there will be 2 interns hired for this role.  </p> <p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong><br>•    Become familiar with both Offensive and Defense Cyber Security roles. <br>•    Demonstrate the capability to recognize, exploit, and mitigate vulnerabilities that are common to enterprise environments. <br>•    Conduct Defensive Operations and Respond to a simulated Cyber Security Incident<br>•    Performs other duties as assigned. </p> <p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities: </strong><br>•    Able to both collaborate with a team and work independently<br>•    Ability to meet deadlines<br>•    Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>•    Must be a Sealaska shareholder, descendant of a shareholder, or spouse of a shareholder<br>•    Legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p><strong>Education and Experience: </strong><br>•    Must be 18 years old at time of hire<br>•    Must be currently enrolled in a college or vocational training program or a recent graduate</p> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong><br>•    Strong critical thinking and research skills<br>•    Self-starter with ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment</p> <p><strong>Application Process: </strong><br>•    Complete online application at Sealaska.com/careers by January 11, 2026. <br>•    Submit a resume and recent transcript (unofficial) with online application.
