Shopify & Replo Landing Page Designer (CRO-Focused, Solo Freelancer)

Solo freelancers only. No agencies, no studios, no subcontracting. We’re a premium, design-led consumer brand selling a high-consideration physical product and are looking for a hands-on landing page designer to work closely with our Head of Marketing to improve conversion through better page design and fast iteration. This role is primarily design + build. You’ll create, update, and iterate landing pages quickly using Replo, Shopify, Unbounce, and similar tools, with clear feedback loops tied to performance. What You’ll Do -Design and build landing pages and key site sections -Ship pages quickly and make frequent updates based on feedback -Improve layout, visual hierarchy, CTAs, and mobile experience -Support homepage, PDPs, and campaign-specific pages Success Metrics (High Level) -Speed of page creation and updates -Quality and clarity of page design (desktop + mobile) -Engagement improvements (scroll depth, bounce rate) -Page-level conversion lift and contribution toward improving site CVR (currently ~0.18%, goal ≥1%) Creative Collaboration & Resources -You’ll partner closely with the Head of Marketing to advise on: -Page structure, layout, and visual hierarchy -What creative assets are needed to improve conversion (imagery, video, icons, comparisons) -How to repurpose existing assets across landing pages and PDPs -When new assets are required vs. when design and layout alone can drive improvement Brand guidelines, product context, and performance feedback will be provided. You should be comfortable identifying gaps, making recommendations, and moving fast with available resources. This is an ongoing engagement. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing on priorities and iteration.
