Department Context

The WBG Corporate Solutions Department (ITSCO) is focused on the digital transformation of essential corporate services to ensure WBG operations are seamless, resilient, and future ready. Uniting digitalization roadmaps, experience design, process optimization, application delivery, systems management, and technology modernization across some 170 products and services, the department links business ambition with operational excellence—from intuitive employee experiences and precision payroll to data-driven decision making, intelligent automation, and AI enablement. Operating from Washington, Chennai, Sofia, and Singapore in a global delivery model, the team seeks to combine disciplined strategic planning with focused roadmaps, agile product delivery, design forward innovation, digital engineering, automation, and AI to produce solutions that are engaging, impactful, and efficient. The goal is a unified, OneWBG corporate backbone—streamlined, connected, and adaptive—that empowers leaders, staff, partners, and shareholders with the processes, capabilities, and insights to advance the WBG's mission at scale.

The department comprises of four distinct but complementary units which work closely together to deliver on the department's mandate:

• Corporate Digital Acceleration unit

• Corporate Experience Solutions unit

• Corporate Business Solutions unit

• Corporate Digital Backbone unit


Unit Context

The Corporate Business Solutions unit (ITSCB), within the department, will serve as both the steadfast guardian and an active innovator of the World Bank Group’s most essential corporate backoffice business processes and the technology systems that support them—those critical capabilities that underpin the organization’s ability to operate efficiently and with integrity. The unit will oversee vital corporate systems such as personnel administration, global payroll, benefits, tax, pension, budget and planning, cost and expense management, internal audit, ethics and justice processes, heath services, and other essential corporate services. These operations—and their supporting platforms—demand uncompromising accuracy, confidentiality, and resilience, operating in environments where reliability is nonnegotiable. Through rigorous governance, assurance, and compliance practices, the unit will ensure these processes and systems remain stable, secure, and audit ready—while simultaneously advancing modernization to drive automation, integration, and greater institutional value. Duties and Responsibilities

ITSCB seeks a highly motivated individual to perform these very important roles and responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Retiree Portal Support

Manage user authentication Oversee account provisioning Provide account support and onboarding assistance Monitor system performance and develop analytics reports Ensure data accuracy Publish statements on schedule Develop analytics dashboards Create ad-hoc queries‑hoc queries

2. Support for New Product Rollouts

Participate in both manual and automated testing Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop user guides Client Engagement and Communication Provide Tier-1 post–go live support‑live support

3. Manage the Team SharePoint Site

Maintain all contents up to date Remove clutter and organize materials for easy access Review new content and store in the appropriate folders

4. Build Analytics Dashboard and Reports

Build and enhance basic queries Assist the team to build Power BI reports and dashboards Present the dashboards to the business teams


Selection Criteria

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 years of work experience


Required Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written) Can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical) at all levels. Experience in conducting product demo sessions with business stakeholders Proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, often in multi-location environments.
