Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist

This is a remote position. Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist Location: Remote | Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PDT (Irwindale, CA) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 1-hour unpaid break Hours: 40 hours per week ​ Our client is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to grow audiences, engage customers, and support sales through impactful digital campaigns. You will support and work across the three (3) brands of the business. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. • Develop and deliver compelling email marketing campaigns and sales outreach sequences. • Collaborate with Content Strategic in repurposing and reformatting industry reports and infographics for social media. • Create high-quality content across channels—copy, visuals, multimedia assets and infographics for the three brands of the business. • Partner with the sales team to produce targeted email outreach that generates qualified leads. • Manage, cleanse, and segment the CRM/database for accurate targeting. • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights. • Create monthly email campaigns and design various templates for internal / external communications. • Provide weekly / monthly performance reports, recommendations on optimisation in marketing effectiveness of campaigns. Skills & Experience • Qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar field. • Experience in social media management and email marketing (B2B a plus). • Strong writing and storytelling skills. • Proficiency with email platforms and schedulers (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Buffer, HootSuite, ActiveCampaign, Later, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and CRM tools. • Design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. • Background in Engineering or Professional services is an asset.
