Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineering Consultant II to join our team in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL. The Software Engineering Consultant will have a strong foundational knowledge in cloud engineering, hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, SQS, Lambda), and solid programming skills in Python and Java (Spring Boot). The ideal candidate embraces Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, continuous integration, and frequent releases. They should have a product mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions. Familiarity with developer productivity tools like GitHub Copilot and a strong understanding of observability practices are highly desirable.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services and cloud-native applications using AWS, Python, and Java Spring Boot.
