We lead testing and introduction of new Radio technology for North American telecom operators.<br></p><p>We are currently looking for Solution Introduction Engineer who will perform the role of a Regression and Feature Test Engineer.<br></p><p>As a Regression and Feature Test Engineer, you will work in Client radio lab and gain familiarity with the Client radio products (SW and HW) through product testing, as well as with the Client product acceptance process for our large customer. You will be exposed to the latest radio products that will be rolled out in our biggest customer network. The goal is to validate the functionality of the latest Radio Products and to find and correct as many faults as possible, prior to rolling out the product network wide. As part of your work, you will be interacting with various Client organizations such as development unit, customer units, but also directly with the customers.<br></p><p>You may also be asked to work on automation projects that aim to improve and accelerate the testing process.<br></p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:<br></p><p>- Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customers’ lab facilities and first market application(s).<br></p><p>- Demonstration of new functionality, and SW/HW capabilities.<br></p><p>- Perform proof of concept with customers for pre-commercial products and next generation Radio access technology equipment.<br></p><p>- Support Client NPI project, involving integration, configuration, features and functionalities, troubleshooting, inconsistences, and testing on roadmap portfolio Client for BBU (baseband units), and Radios on different technologies/bands operation.<br></p><p>- Resolve technical issues and serve as point of contact towards the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customer, and PDU throughout the project.<br></p><p>- Participate in lab testing, working closely with CPM and customer to define the scope of work, resource plan, timeline.<br></p><p>- Test Object List (TOL), and risk assessment.<br></p><p>- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems in existing networks.<br></p><p>- Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance of Feature Testing and act as liaison between customer and Client.<br></p><p>About us:<br></p><p>OTSI is a leading global technology company offering solutions, consulting, and managed services for businesses worldwide since 1999.
