Join us here at Liberty arenaflex Beverages LLC.SummaryThe Public Affairs & Communications Coordinator supports Liberty arenaflex’s regional engagement, communications, and public affairs initiatives across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This role plays a critical part in keeping the department’s strategic plans on track—coordinating community partnerships, supporting legislative outreach, managing logistics for major events, and ensuring visibility for Liberty’s local impact. Responsibilities • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for community events, ribbon cuttings, and sponsorship activations (e.g., FIFA, A250, Trophy Tour, parades, All-Star Game, etc.). • Support onsite event execution—managing setup, press materials, signage, product donations, and stakeholder hospitality. • Maintain sponsorship and donation trackers, ensuring product and payment requests are processed accurately and on schedule. • Manage post-event follow-up including recaps, media clips, and thank-you outreach. • Serve as a point of contact for nonprofit and community partners, assisting with inquiries, confirmations, and logistical coordination. • Track and update stakeholder contact lists, ensuring accurate representation across Liberty’s priority markets. • Assist in preparing briefing materials for leadership ahead of community, media, and legislative meetings. • Monitor key bills and policy issues (e.g., Bottle Bill, EPR, Soda Tax, GRAS) during state sessions. • Support communication with trade associations (e.g., American Beverage, NY/NJ PA partners) and external stakeholders. • Help summarize policy developments for internal leadership updates. • Support proactive and reactive media outreach by coordinating press materials, media lists, and event photography. • Track press coverage and maintain media clip reports. • Assist with social content ideas or recaps highlighting Liberty’s community presence and partnerships. • Maintain internal planning documents and calendars for PAC priorities (legislative timelines, events, sponsorships). • Prepare and distribute weekly status updates summarizing ongoing projects and upcoming deadlines. • Support administrative functions such as vendor forms, invoices, and reporting. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Political Science, Public Affairs, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in public affairs, communications, event planning, or community relations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with legislative processes, stakeholder engagement, or corporate social responsibility is a plus.
