Squarespace Website & Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Dayshift)

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support website management, digital marketing activities, and operational tasks for an Australian cybersecurity and information security consulting firm . The role includes completing a Squarespace website redesign while preserving SEO performance, along with ongoing CRM management, email marketing, and administrative support.

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Working Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week (Australia Time Zone)
Engagement: Part-time

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently from high-level objectives with minimal supervision and support marketing, CRM, and operational initiatives for a growing cybersecurity consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain a Squarespace website redesign
  • Preserve SEO performance during website migration
  • Support content migration or content creation using provided prompts
  • Manage and maintain Zoho CRM
  • Execute monthly newsletters (content provided)
  • Support LinkedIn outreach and general customer engagement
  • Assist with project planning, email drafting, and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Strong experience with Squarespace and SEO (migration experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal training
  • Comfortable working remotely in Australia-aligned hours
