This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from any location while still being an integral part of our team. You will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in the Finance industry where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. The ability to develop/grow business will be key in this role. In addition- a candidate that has clients and demonstrates he/she has the skills/business development ability to be a success in this position. ( So, in order words a rolodex of clients/relationships is required for this position.) Responsibilities: As a Permanent Sr Audit Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our audit advisory services. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing advisory services to our clients. 2. Conducting comprehensive audits and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders. 3. Owning and maintaining your CPA certification while leveraging your expertise to provide high-level advisory services. 4. Utilizing your entrepreneurial advisory experience to innovate and improve our services. 5. Developing and maintaining a strong client base through proven client development strategies. 6. Onboarding new clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering long-term relationships. 7. Identifying potential clients to bring over to our company and executing effective business development strategies to achieve this. 8. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the delivery of top-quality service to our clients. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing, advisory, or a related field. 2. A current and valid CPA certification. 3. Proven experience in client development and business development. 4. Strong entrepreneurial advisory experience. 5. Excellent client onboarding skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 6. Proven ability to identify and onboard potential clients. 7. Strong communication and presentation skills. 8. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team relationships. 9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
