O ocupante deste cargo atua na confiabilidade sendo responsável por analisar falhas de elétrica e instrumentação, propor melhorias, revisar planos preventivos e preditivos, desenvolver novas metodologias de manutenção, implantar inovações tecnológica com o foco na sustentabilidade dos ativos planta Mauá.

  • Responsável por garantir a confiabilidade do sistema geração energia elétrica, assim como os sistemas de proteção e seletividade do sistema como um todo.
  • Responsável pela confiabilidade dos equipamentos que monitoram as chaminés da planta de Mauá (CEMS+PCME+Particulados).
  • Responsável pela prospecção de alternativas para manter o parque de motores atualizados quanto a sua eficiência.
  • Conduzir processos de análises de falha de sistemas, equipamentos e componentes.
  • Participação em análises de riscos de processos (HAZOP, PHA's, etc).
  • Conduzir processos de implementação de MOC's (Management of Changes), incluindo o monitoramento e gestão das ações de mudança para segurança de processos.
  • Realizar auditorias internas em procedimentos corporativos Cabot (GOESS, GRA's, GRL's, etc), sendo responsável pela criação das ações para eliminação de não conformidades e oportunidades, além de monitorar e gerenciar o avanço da execução das ações.
  • Conduzir o processo de implementação do programa corporativo de Integridade Mecânica da Cabot.
  • Desenvolver e implementar melhorias nos processos de gestão de ativos da planta (Classificação de criticidade, recomendação de planos de manutenção, estratégia de spare-parts, etc), através da utilização das ferramentas, métodos ou filosofias mais adequadas (RCM, FMEA, etc).
  • Conduzir processo de elaboração de TAP's (Termo de Abertura de Projetos).
  • Gerenciar o "pipeline" de investimentos de manutenção e auxiliar a composição de budget de manutenção anual.
  • Participar de processos de mudança da cultura existente na empresa, por meio de ações e participação nos grupos de projetos e melhoria que visem contribuir para o sucesso destas etapas, especialmente os voltados para Qualidade, Segurança e Saúde, Organização e Limpeza, Comunidade, Comunicação e Meio Ambiente/Atuação Responsável, bem como cumprir os procedimentos do departamento e manter os arquivos devidamente atualizados, quando requerido.
