Responsibilities: • Independently lead large, complex consulting engagements for investment management clients, or manage multiple smaller engagements simultaneously. • Serve as a content expert within engagements, bringing deep industry knowledge to shape client strategies, challenge assumptions, and guide solution development. • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scope, timeline, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. • Identify and drive follow-on opportunities within existing engagements to support business development goals. • Contribute to the development of client proposals and pitch materials, collaborating closely with business development teams. • Support the broader consulting practice by contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and community development. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on the implementation of IT solutions aligned with industry best practices. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in asset and investment management consulting, with deep industry knowledge and familiarity with key frameworks and operating models. • Proven track record of leading client engagements and delivering impactful outcomes investment management clients. • Strong project management skills, including team leadership, client communication, and issue resolution. • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing consulting talent in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership. • Experience contributing to business development efforts, including proposal development and client relationship management.
