We're a group united by our love of games, science, and helping others s/ucceed.<br /> As Head of Publishing Insights for VALORANT, you'll champion player voices, leading a team of researchers and analysts focused on the upper-funnel and around-game player experience. Your mission is to transform complex data and sentiment into actionable insights for global publishing strategies, engagement, and ecosystem health, understanding player interaction with esports, creators, and social moments. You'll partner with VALORANT's global publishing leadership, game teams, and ecosystem partners, setting the vision for measurement and delivering proactive insights. You'll collaborate with the head of VALORANT Game Insights. This hybrid position offers a blend of onsite collaboration at our global headquarters in Santa Monica, CA, and the flexibility of remote work.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, including brand health, creative resonance, and paid/organic strategy. Guide campaign planning by developing forecasting models and opportunity sizing frameworks.<br /> • Support global-to-regional publishing strategy with localized insights and comparative benchmarking.<br /> • Design and own KPIs across VALORANT's publishing campaigns and deliver executive dashboards.<br /> • Lead advanced modeling efforts, like segmentation, predictive forecasting, experimentation at scale, and quant or qual research, to surface new opportunities to reach and engage players.<br /> • Set vision and operational strategy for the VALORANT insights team of Analysts and Researchers by mentoring junior Rioters and fostering cross-functional collaboration.<br /> Required Qualifications:<br /> • 7+ years in insights roles, with expertise in either research or analytics; 3+ years in leadership roles.<br /> • Demonstrated experience leading publishing insights for a live service game or entertainment IP.<br /> • Applied understanding of marketing experimentation, growth marketing, brand tracking, audience segmentation, and social/digital marketing analytics.<br /> • Strong communication with ability to influence across creative/product oriented and technical audiences. Ability to synthesize behavioral, survey, and social data into compelling narratives for creative and executive stakeholders.<br /> • Experience applying mixed methods approaches to high-stakes strategic problems and working in a high stakes, cross-functional environment.<br /> Desired Qualifications:<br /> • Experience working across multiple international markets.<br /> • Familiarity with VALORANT's player base and cultural positioning globally.<br /> • Previous exposure to esports insights or creator marketing analytics.<br /> For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
